Smoke Spray

Share

Long after the barbecue season ends, you can still enjoy that great smoky mesquite flavor. Instead of stoking up coals and wood chips, you simply spray Tryson House’s Mesquite Mist Flavor Spray onto your stove-top grill, and even onto the meat itself. The spray is a blend of sunflower oil and natural mesquite flavor. It’s a bit hard to find, so if you can’t get it in supermarkets, call (800) 222-6820 and ask for an operator to get information on mail order.

A photograph of Tryson House Cooking Magic was inadvertently substituted for one of Tryson House Mesquite Mist Flavor Spray in last week’s Cookstuff column. Cooking Magic and a companion product, Bakery Magic, are new all-natural nonstick sprays from Tryson House. They are being sold at natural foods stores.
