Girl Scouts to Award Anti-Smoking Patch

The Girl Scouts on Thursday unveiled a new patch that will be awarded to any Scout age 5 to 17 who has completed a program designed to help her reject smoking and stay healthy. The Scouts made the announcement at a special conference in Washington sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service.
