Women’s Triathlon Is Sunday in Newport Beach

The first Women’s Triathlon is scheduled to begin 7 a.m. Sunday at the Newport Dunes Resort on the Back Bay in Newport Beach.

Mandatory pre-race registration is scheduled from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. today at 1131 Back Bay Drive. Kimberly Wilmot of Newport Beach is the event’s executive director.
