Interactive Flight, Pritzker Family Form Alliance: The Las Vegas- based producer of entertainment for airline passengers said it plans a marketing alliance with the Pritzker family of Chicago, owners of the closely held Hyatt Corp. The Pritzkers will invest as much as $20 million to help sell the products to airlines. The options include gambling, movies on demand and children’s games. The Pritzkers are also expected to purchase as much as $1 million of Interactive Flight’s stock in the open market and would receive warrants to purchase up to 10% of Interactive Flight Technologies Inc., the company said. In addition, John Pritzker will be named to Interactive’s board.
