* R-HELP Construction in Newbury Park has been awarded a $14,000 contract from Ventura County’s Public Works Agency to repair a channel wall on San Cayetano Road, north of Fillmore. The work involves removal and replacement of a 60-foot section of a reinforced concrete wall. The work is expected to be completed by Oct. 16.
