CKE Buys Casa Bonita

ANAHEIM — CKE Restaurants Inc. completed its acquisition of Casa Bonita Inc., a British company that operates 109 Taco Bueno Mexican restaurants, for $42 million. CKE will have an 80% stake in the chain, which also operates two Casa Bonita theme restaurants and three Crystal’s pizzerias.
