Disney Leases 5 Floors of Glendale Office Building

Walt Disney Co. has leased most of a Glendale office building to accommodate part of its expanding work force.

The Burbank media giant will occupy five of the six floors at 600 N. Brand Blvd., where administrative workers from other Disney offices in Glendale will be moved. The building is owned by Citadel Holding.

In the Burbank-Glendale area, Disney has 9,000 employees and owns or leases 4 million square feet of space.
