Pacific Mutual Buys Tijeras Creek Golf Club

Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Co. has purchased the Tijeras Creek Golf Club from the developers of the Rancho Santa Margarita planned community. Terms were not disclosed.

Pacific Mutual, headquartered in Newport Beach, said Crown Golf Properties will be the new manager of the 18-hole course, which has been sold as part of a restructuring of the Rancho Santa Margarita Joint Venture development company.
