EMB Corp. Agrees to Buy Help-U-Sell Parent

Mortgage banking company EMB Corp. said Wednesday that it has agreed in principle to acquire Realty Information Systems Inc. of Salt Lake City. Terms were not disclosed. Realty Information Systems owns the Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchise system, which has 180 franchises in 25 states.
