Determined to combat the “shrimp on the barbie” image of Australian cuisine, the Australian Tourist Commission offers “Enjoy Good Living . . . Australia,” an 80-page brochure telling where to find upscale ethnic restaurants, gourmet B&Bs;, wineries, fresh produce markets, wine and food festivals, and other non-barbecue options in the country.
