Re “Fraudulent Foreign Medical Claims Plague Insurers,” Oct. 6: Taxpayers should not just be angered by the fraud. They should be incensed by the fact that our government agrees to pay foreign doctors without holding foreign governments responsible for paying the bills of medical services required by citizens of their countries who are here.
