Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc.: The San Clemente real estate investment trust, which had its initial public offering in August 1995, reported net income of $2 million, or 23 cents a share, a gain of 33% from the $1.5 million, or 24 cents a share, recorded a year ago. Revenue advanced 59% to $4.3 million from $2.7 million. Year-to-date profit was $4.2 million, or 59 cents a share, 2% higher than the $4.1 million, or 64 cents a share, for the first three quarters of 1995. Revenue was up 42% to $10.5 million from $7.4 million.
