Pico Products Reports Loss Despite 6% Rise in Sales

Pico Products Inc., a Lake View Terrace manufacturer of electronic systems and components for the cable television and telecommunications industries, reported a loss for its fiscal fourth quarter.

In the three months ended July 31, Pico lost $55,800, compared to a profit a year earlier of $136,089. Its sales rose 6%, to $10.1 million from $9.48 million.

Pico’s loss for the full year was $399,655, despite an 8% increase in sales, to $36.1 million. In the previous fiscal year, the company earned $525,701 on sales of $33.4 million.
