US Facilities Corp.: The Costa Mesa insurance underwriter reported third-quarter net income of $3.7 million, or 62 cents a share, a gain of 6% from the $3.5 million, or 60 cents a share, posted a year ago. Revenue was up 12% to $40.5 million from $36.3 million. Nine-month net income rose 9% to $11.1 million, or $1.86 a share, from $10.2 million, or $1.81 a share, for the same period last year. Revenue increased 6% to $118 million from $111.7 million.
