Friedley’s Screen & Glass Expands Its Operations

Friedley’s Screen & Glass has doubled the size of its operations by leasing 6,800 square feet at 751 E. Wooley Road in Oxnard.
Friedley’s is a locally owned and operated mobile screen and glass company that has been in business more than 15 years.
CB Commercial Real Estate Group represented both Friedley’s and the landlord, Channel Islands Properties, in the long-term lease.
