From Times Wire Reports

Police identified two unemployed high school graduates and a nurse--all Ethiopians--as the hijackers of a jet that crashed off the Comoro Islands last month, killing 125 people. The airliner was hijacked shortly after takeoff from Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa. The hijackers, all of whom died in the crash, claimed that they were opponents of the government and had escaped from prison, but none of the men ever belonged to a political party in Ethiopia or neighboring Djibouti, where the nurse worked, according to a police official.
