Regency Health Credit

Regency Health Services Inc. said it has increased its credit line with NationsBank Corp. to $100 million from $50 million.

Part of the proceeds will help fund the acquisition of four acute rehabilitation hospitals, 11 outpatient rehabilitation clinics and six neurological treatment centers from Horizon/CMS. The remaining $40 million to $50 million will be available for other uses.

Regency Health Services is a post-acute health care provider.
