His seven choices from California winemaker Ric Forman of Forman Vineyards will be paired with a six-course Chinese menu. They include ’87 Blanc de Blanc, ’88 Sauvignon Blanc, ’91 Cabernet Sauvignon and ’94 Merlot. Reservations required.
