Lake Forest to Review Fees Structure

LAKE FOREST — A workshop to discuss revision of city fees is set for March 11 at City Hall.
Members of the City Council, Planning Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission will be at the 6 p.m. session, which was prompted by a report concluding that Lake Forest is slightly undercharging for an array of services.
Officials are reevaluating what the charges should be for services that vary from building permits to animal control.
Council members are “gathering more information, understanding the report more,” said Dave Bass, city administrative services director.
