Former StarBase CEO Resumes Post

StarBase Corp., an Irvine-based software company, said Wednesday that William R. Stow III will once again become chief executive, a position he held for five years before stepping down last August.

Stow, co-founder and chairman of the struggling company, had been serving as CEO in an unofficial capacity since January, when the position was vacated by the abrupt departure of Alan M. Davis.

The company also said that Donald R. Farrow was named chief operating officer, and that David A. Doane was appointed a director of sales.
