Volunteers Sought for Graffiti Cleanup
Volunteers in El Rio hope to write an epitaph for graffiti Saturday in their community.
A graffiti cleanup day sponsored by Ventura County Supervisor John Flynn and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
People who would like to participate should meet at the Soliz-El Rio Library, 2820 Jourdan St., wearing work clothes and equipped with a paintbrush or roller.
A local pizzeria will provide lunch and a hardware store will bring the paint.
