Move Forward on Sewer Plant
* Having lived in this beautiful and God-blessed community of Thousand Oaks for more than 30 years, I am, to say the least, nonplused and chagrined by the antics of our City Council members with respect to the Hill Canyon sewage treatment plant. They apparently are unable to get off square one or change the 3-2 vote.
Please, let’s move forward--if not by normal procedures, then by whatever legal means are available to us to find a solution to the problem. I, for one, am not in opposition to a rate increase; if needed, so be it.
We have a wonderful community in all respects. My family and I have truly enjoyed the three decades spent here. It is our home. We love it.
