National Realty Trust said Monday it has acquired Contempo Realty, a Bay Area firm with 18 offices. Terms were not disclosed.

Contempo’s offices will become franchisees of Century 21 Real Estate Corp., and former Contempo President Robert Moles has been named president of Century 21. Jeff Culbertson, a longtime Contempo Realty shareholder and manager, has been appointed president of Contempo and will report to National Realty Trust.

National Realty was established last year to own and operate residential real estate offices as franchised brokerages of Century 21, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. and ERA Franchise Systems Inc., all of which are subsidiaries of HFS Inc.
