Eltron International Plans Investors Meeting

Eltron International in Simi Valley has scheduled its 1997 annual shareholders meeting for April 21.

The meeting will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel in Simi Valley. The record date has been set for April 1 and the final date for submission of shareholder proposals is Friday.
