“I was just in Baja California for my birthday, and my wife and I went to the Santa Fe Restaurant in a little town called Todos Santos. We had a Dolcetto that was just perfect for the grilled shrimp and the afternoon. Dolcetto has a very nice lightness to it. Sitting on the patio of this garden spot, which was very warm and deserty, and having this Dolcetto at cellar temperature was just wonderful.”
