ICU Medical Inc.: The San Clemente maker of medical products said net income for the first quarter was $1.3 million, or 16 cents a share, down 19% from $1.6 million, or 18 cents a share, for the 1996 first quarter. Sales rose 13% to $6.8 million from $6 million.
