From Times Wire Reports

The 15-nation European Union is considering breaking off high-level meetings with Iran and excluding top Iranian officials from its borders, according to a proposal to be discussed by EU foreign ministers in Luxembourg next week. The proposal, drafted by senior officials from EU capitals, accuses Iran of conducting state terrorism and reaffirms the suspension of the EU’s “critical dialogue” policy with Tehran. Most European Union nations recalled their ambassadors and suspended their policy of using talks to try to bring Iran closer to the West after a German court found April 10 that the Iranian government was involved in the murder of Kurdish dissidents in Berlin.
