Franklin Telecom to Open Sales Office in N.C.

Franklin Telecom will open a new sales office June 1 to serve five South Atlantic states.

The new office, in Raleigh, N.C., will service accounts in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Georgia.

Eileen Rouse has been named sales manager in the new office. She previously served as sales administration manager at the company’s headquarters in Westlake Village. Before working for Franklin, Rouse was sales administration manager for Xircom and Penril Datability Networks.

Although Rouse’s focus will be on Franklin’s recently introduced Cyclone product, she will oversee sales for the company’s full line of hardware products and FNet Internet services, as well as satellite services offered through Franklin’s Internet PassPort subsidiary in Atlanta.

Franklin, founded in 1981, designs and manufactures communications devices.
