Piranha update--Anaheim continues to lose games and players. Fullbacks Darren Williams and Kevin Carroll were injured in last week’s loss to Nashville and will not play tonight. Tim Brown, signed last week, and Tucker Grace will replace Williams and Carroll on the roster. Eleven other Piranhas will miss tonight’s game with injuries. Piranha quarterback Mark Grieb will start his fifth game of the season. He is coming off a game in which he threw for a franchise-high eight touchdowns and tied the club mark for yardage (361). John Kaleo, acquired this week in a trade from San Jose for receiver/linebacker Jai Hill, will back up Grieb.

Predator update--Orlando has a 2-0 series edge over Anaheim. The Predators have been one of Arena Football’s most successful teams, participating in three of the last five ArenaBowls. They defeated Florida last week, 62-39, and are coached by Perry Moss. Pat O’Hara, former USC Trojan and San Diego Charger, is the Predators’ starting quarterback. O’Hara passed for 2,934 yards and 45 touchdowns last season.
