Australian winemaker Chester Osborn will share the latest releases from his family’s winery, d’Arenberg, at a dinner hosted by the Wine House at 7 tonight. The menu was created by chef David Wolfe. Two wines will be poured with some of the courses so guests can compare them with the same food. Wines will include d’arry’s Original Shiraz Grenache 1993, Ironstone Pressings Grenache Shiraz 1993, Custodian Grenache 1995 and Green Point Brut 1994.
