Clothing Crackdown Nets 200 Students

About 200 high school students in Albuquerque were sent home for wearing baggy pants, extra-short shorts or revealing tops in a crackdown on sexy and gang-style clothing. As students showed up for the first day of classes after the summer vacation, school officials checked them for offending articles like chains, see-through clothing, baggy pants, tank tops, shirts hanging below their fingertips or tops showing off their belly button.
