Emulex Corp.:

The Costa Mesa manufacturer of computer network products reported net income of $1.6 million, or 25 cents a share, for the fiscal year ended June 29. For the prior year, the company posted a net loss of $9.3 million, or $1.56 a share. Revenue rose 26% to $64.8 million from $51.3 million.

Fourth-quarter net income totaled $920,000, or 15 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $554,000, or 9 cents a share, for the fourth quarter last year. Quarterly revenue increased slightly to $15.7 million from $15.5 million.
