CSUN Finances: Seeking to silence critics after a series of controversial budget and accounting problems, Cal State Northridge has named a longtime accounting professor to be the school’s first controller: Robert J. Kiddoo, a 27-year CSUN veteran. “We needed a seasoned veteran, and he is that,” said Art Elbert, vice president for administration and finance. “This is a public institution. The people need to know where their money is going.”
