Ex-IRS Chief Joins Firm

WASHINGTON — Former IRS Commissioner Margaret Milner Richardson has joined the accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP, the company said Wednesday. Richardson, who served as IRS commissioner from 1993 until May, will become a partner, advising clients on domestic and global tax issues.
