Kevorkian, Associate Assist in 2 Suicides

Jack Kevorkian was questioned by police after he and an associate helped two people commit suicide in the Detroit area, Kevorkian lawyer Michael Schwartz said. They were questioned after dropping off the body of a 73-year-old woman at the county coroner’s office. Earlier, retired pathologist Kevorkian and Dr. Georges Reding, also retired, took the body of a 53-year-old man to a hospital in Pontiac, spokeswoman Sharon Lucik said.
