Printrak Gets Contract

ANAHEIM — Printrak International Inc. said Monday it has received a $1.6-million contract to provide fingerprint identification technology to Santa Clara County.

The system, which will be installed in May 1998, will capture live-scan fingerprints, search its own database for matches and forward names for retrieval of prior records within 10 minutes, the company said.
