Aimed at women, this is very much a guided, if occasionally complicated, tour to increased sexual pleasure. It is also very frank, so wear your headphones around the kiddies. Keesling obviously hopes she can make the “ultimate pleasure spot” on women, dubbed the “cul-de-sac,” as well known as the G spot. Probably not likely, as her guide may take more dedication and patience than listeners can muster. Still, this is a useful manual for anyone hoping to increase intimacy with her partner. Keesling’s manner is pleasant enough, though sometimes her delivery is a bit monotonous and her attempts at humor rather lame. She is, thankfully, blunt, interspersing clinical explanations with common sense. The audio is livelier than the hard-copy edition, which is so slim that little was excised for the audio presentation. You also don’t have to put the audio down to follow her instructions.
