A small bomb blew out several windows at an office building in the Wall Street district Sunday just as an anti-terrorism safety drill was set to begin, police said.

The explosion at 222 Broadway caused no injuries and only minor property damage, officials said. Traffic in the area of Broadway and Vesey Street was diverted as authorities launched an investigation.

The building where the blast occurred houses offices of Swiss Bank Corp. and the Merrill Lynch Swiss Security Bank, police said.
