Ten apartments were evacuated and two officers were overcome by toxic fumes generated by the lab, which was discovered about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, Sgt. Darryl Kosaka said. Residents reported a noxious odor emanating from the apartment.
Police arrested Ernest Gutierrez, 30, Stephan Avila, 23, James Silveira, 19 and John Briggs, 25, all of Baldwin Park.
