From Times Wire Reports

The government will investigate claims that its agents have kidnapped Japanese citizens, officials said at the close of talks with a delegation from Japan. The Communist country also said it was willing to allow more homecoming visits by Japanese women who have lived in North Korea for decades as wives of North Koreans.
