U.N. Official to Speak on Central America
James Lemoyne, principal advisor to the United Nations Development Program on Latin America and the Caribbean, will discuss the peace process in that region during a free public lecture Dec. 4 at UC Irvine.
“UNDP’s Experience in Promoting Governance in Central America” will take place from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in Room 1100 of Social Science Plaza A.
Lemoyne is a graduate of Harvard, Oxford and the London School of Economics.
His lecture is being sponsored by the UCI Global Peace and Conflict Studies program.
