A 21-year-old man charged in the slaying of a Florida woman whose six children included 23-month-old quadruplets, was arrested in Monterrey, Mexico. Texas Rangers and Mexican police had hunted for Jose Luis Del Toro since he was charged in the Nov. 7 killing of Sheila Bellush in Sarasota, Fla. Mrs. Bellush, 35, formerly lived in San Antonio. Florida police have given no motive in the slaying, but two San Antonio men were arrested earlier this week and charged with being co-conspirators in the crime. Mrs. Bellush’s ex-husband, Allen Blackthorne of San Antonio, has acknowledged that one of the two men is a golfing buddy but says through his attorney that he was in Texas on the day of the slaying and had nothing to do with it.
