Javelin to Acquire Posnet, CCI

Javelin Systems Inc. said Tuesday it signed an agreement to acquire CCI Group Inc. of St. Louis and Posnet Computers Inc. of Huntington Beach. Both provide services for food-service industry point-of-sale computers.
The company said it expects definitive agreements will be completed within 60 days. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Irvine-based Javelin sells open system, touch-screen and point-of-sale computers to the food service, retail and industrial markets.
