Man Fatally Burns His Girlfriend, Police Say

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. —
A man burned his girlfriend alive during a domestic argument, according to police who say he doused her with flammable liquid and set her on fire.
A witness said Lynell McKleny fled her boyfriend’s second-story apartment in flames. A neighbor called police to report the argument Wednesday and when authorities arrived, they found the apartment on fire and McKleny, 26, dead outside, officials said.
