Postal Horrors: Bugs Bunny got a stamp. So why not Frankenstein? That’s apparently the thought behind Tuesday’s release of five stamps honoring horror movie greats Lon Chaney Jr., Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff--just in time for Halloween and National Stamp Collecting Month. Among those attending the ceremonies at Universal Studios was Ron Chaney, the actor’s grandson.
