Last year about 200 people attended the event sponsored by the American Cancer Society.

Registration for the one-mile walk will be from noon until 1 p.m. Following the walk, there will be speakers, a rally, food and entertainment from 2 to 3 p.m.

Speakers, including physicians and a health educator, will discuss breast self-exams, mammograms, treatment of breast cancer and reconstructive surgery.
