I-Flow Corp.: The Lake Forest maker of medical infusion systems reported net income for the third quarter of $679,000, or 5 cents a share. That contrasts with a net loss of $4.2 million, or 34 cents a share, for the same period last year, which included a $4.9-million write-off for research and development that was purchased as part of the acquisition of Block Medical Inc. Revenue advanced 18% to $4.7 million from $4 million. For the nine months, net income totaled $1.9 million, or 14 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $3.1 million, or 28 cents a share, a year ago.
