School Trustee Asks Report on SAT Scores

School board members have called for a report on test scores of district students, citing parents’ complaints about possible declines, especially on SAT results.
“This is a crucial issue,” Los Alamitos Unified School District Trustee Del Clark said in asking for the report from the superintendent’s office.
During a meeting this week, board members also recognized Jeanie Cash, principal of Lee Elementary School, who was recently named National Principal of the Year by the National Assn. of Elementary School Principals.
