Wonderware to Aid Topro on Millennium Bug

IRVINE — Topro Inc. will form a joint venture with Irvine-based Wonderware Corp. to help resolve glitches in industrial automation systems associated with the year 2000. Terms were not disclosed.

Denver-based Topro Inc., doing business as Tava Technologies, provides integration and information technology solutions. Wonderware makes Windows-based software.
