Scofield Souvenir Inc., the makers of the “Cheese Tops” hat worn by Green Bay Packers fans, won a legal tussle last month with the makers of the “Cheesehead” hat.
Now Blowhard Industries Inc. of Milwaukee, the maker of an inflatable topper called the “Cheese Hat,” has filed a lawsuit in federal court against Scofield Souvenir.
Blowhard accuses Scofield of stealing its inflatable-hat design.
